Recovery workflow

Gallus is designed to run after an account file enters the organization and before the record is released into an approved operational workflow. It does not contact consumers, replace legal review, or create a permissible purpose. The customer remains responsible for provider contracts, data rights, policies, and downstream treatment.

No. Gallus is a decision and audit layer that can sit above existing collection, receivables, CRM, and provider systems. It determines how a record should be routed before the customer’s downstream workflow acts.
Does Gallus replace skip-tracing providers?
No. Organizations keep their own contracted provider relationships. Gallus discovers and orchestrates safe provider endpoints, normalizes the evidence, and produces the finished decision.
Can Gallus guarantee compliance?
No software can replace legal advice, licensing obligations, permissible-purpose requirements, or agency policy. Gallus helps apply configured restrictions and produces an auditable decision packet, while the customer remains responsible for its legal and operational decisions.
What happens when the evidence is not strong enough?
Gallus returns Review when a named evidence issue remains, No Result only after a complete investigation, or Run Failure when execution could not complete. Ambiguity is never hidden as a weak positive match.
How is Gallus priced?
Gallus Resolve standard production is $5,000/month and includes 20,000 completed decisions. Additional decisions are billed at a declining marginal rate — $0.045 each from 20,001 through 50,000 and $0.020 each from 50,001 through 250,000 — with custom enterprise pricing above 250,000 and no punitive overage. A bounded 60-day production pilot is available for $3,500, and the fixed annual commitment remains $27,000. The first qualified agency may receive a $1,500/month, 5,000-decision founding-client rate under a mutually approved case-study agreement. CAS-1 licensing and creditor-program pricing are available by contact. Provider costs remain separate.
